DOMAINE PEYREBATUT

One cold morning in January 2024, we fell in love with the Domaine. The frozen landscape stretched as far as the eye could see and the sun reflected off the snow-capped peaks of the Pyrenees. The house and gîte instantly appealed to us and we knew, without even consulting each other, that this would be the place where we would retire.

Domaine Peyrebatut is located near the village of Saint Puy, in that part of the Gers known as French Tuscany. It used to be one of the region’s leading vineyards. However, olive trees have now replaced the vines.

Le Peyrebatut consists of a gîte and our own residence, set in a 5-hectare estate with magnificent views over the surrounding hills and fields.

It’s in an ideal setting, far from the hustle and bustle, where we invite you to spend a wonderful stay in our gîte.

In the midst of unspoilt nature and landscapes, you can simply do nothing or enjoy the swimming pool, but also decide to go for a walk along the footpaths or take advantage of the many tourist and gastronomic discoveries on offer.

COTTAGE

Situated between the Ténarèze, Lomagne and Armagnac regions, the gîte, which was completely renovated a few years ago, is set in a vast 5-hectare estate in the commune of Saint Puy, offering a peaceful setting in the heart of the countryside.

It sleeps up to 4 people and boasts breathtaking views over the village of Saint-Puy and the surrounding hills. The gîte is close to our house, but we know how to be discreet, guaranteeing you a peaceful and pleasant stay.

This 100 m² detached house is very bright and has a modern, refined interior. It includes a spacious 47 m² living room with a wood-burning stove, as well as a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (with dishwasher, washing machine, cooker, oven, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine and kettle). The gîte also has two bedrooms: both with twin beds. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet. Beds are made up on arrival and towels are provided.
